K.C. Wysynski is a graduate of Carleton University where she received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2004 and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution in 2008. 

K.C. was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and received her law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2007.  Before joining Evans Law Firm, K.C. completed her articles at a leading labour and employment law firm in Ottawa and was an active caseworker and division leader at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic.

Today, K.C. assists executives and employees in a wide range of employment matters including wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights, employment standards, contract negotiations, grievance arbitration, organization campaigns and certification applications.

K.C. is a current member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Halton Law Association and the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
