Our mission statement is to represent  executive and employee interests in their employment law needs in all respects.  We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation in the pursuit of addressing the needs of our clients.  No other firm will be as passionate and dedicated to achieve a just and fair result.

We never charge for initial advice or file review, and any fees to be incurred will only occur after our retainer has been fully reviewed and agreed to.

We are a boutique firm representing only executives and employees relating to any and all employment related claims or issues.  John R. Evans has enormous and varied expertise in representing executives and employees, and is assisted by legal counsel, K. C. Wysynski, and Neil Keating.
