What are the Retainer Options?

Evans Law Firm offers the following retainer options:

1. On a contingency basis or percentage of recovery basis (usually 30% of the recovery we secure on your behalf over and above any written offer already provided by your employer at the time we are retained, plus disbursements and HST); or,
2. On an hourly basis.

While it depends on the nature of the case, Evans Law Firm is typically retained on a contingency basis. We are happy to discuss the most appropriate retainer option with prospective clients to best suit their needs and case.
